2008 SCHSSCA All-State Nomination Form

This form is to be submitted to SCSOCCER.COM – The Official Website of the South Carolina High School Soccer Coaches Association – and will then be forwarded to the coordinators of the SCHSSCA All-State Committee.

Simply fill out the form using your “TAB” buttons to go from field-to-field. The boxes are either “Text Fill-In” or “Drop Down” depending on the subject matter. If you have a problem filling out the form, please contact Kyle Heise.

You can nominate up to three players from your squad and as many players necessary from other teams that you have seen play or know about. The deadline for nominations is set for Wednesday, April 30 (6:00 pm) and the final selection meeting will be held at Brookland-Cayce HS on Sunday, May 4 (9:00-10:30 am). The selection committee is handled by Kyle Heise of SCSoccer.com. The 2008 SCHSSCA All-State Committee will be posted on SCSoccer.com.
