The South Carolina High School Soccer Coaches Association has adopted the following criteria in the selection of the Palmetto State coaching representative for the McDonald's All American High School Soccer Games which were held at Charleston's Blackbaud Stadium on Daniel Island in June of 2002-2003 and were managed by Sports Events International of Charleston.
