Clash of the Carolinas Itinerary
June 23-24, 2023

• Players and Coaches must be present for all activities associated with the all-star game! No late arrivals or early departures allowed.

Thursday

6:00 pm - Coaches report to Hampton Inn & Suites (111 Hampton Woods Lane, Raleigh, NC 27607) for a Staff Meeting

6:45 pm - S.C. Coaches are free to go eat dinner on their own behalf

Friday

Players should eat a hearty breakfast prior to arrival at the all-star event. Players are asked to wear soccer gear representing their respective HS upon arrival (training shirt, etc.). Also, have your soccer shorts, socks, shin guards and boots available for training.

11:00 am BOYS & GIRLS REPORT

• Boys & Girls Players report to Cardinal Gibbons High School wearing high school training shirt - 1401 Edwards Mill Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607
  • Team Organization - uniforms, sign ball, take social media picture
• 11:10 am
  • Team & Individual Pictures in uniform
• 11:30 am 
  • Teams change for practice, players encouraged to wear HS training gear
  • Welcome & Guidelines/Rules Review
• 1:30 pm
  • Lunch at CGHS or Hotel
  • Bus teams to hotel starting with NC/SC girls
• 3:00 pm
  • Players will be transported for check-in at:
  • BOYS - Hampton Inn & Suites (111 Hampton Woods Lane, Raleigh, NC 27607) and
  • GIRLS - Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena (1200 Hurricane Alley Way, Raleigh, NC 27607)
• 6:00-8:00 pm
  • Dinner & Bowling at Buffaloe Lanes - 151 High House Rd, Cary, NC 27511
  • Teams will leave from hotel starting at 5 pm
• 8:30-10 pm
  • Pizza Delivery to both hotels
• 11:00 pm - Lights Out

Saturday

7:30 am

• Girls Players wake up / Breakfast at hotel / 8:45 am Bus to WakeMed Soccer Park for pregame
• Boys Players wake up / Breakfast at hotel / 10:30 am Bus to WakeMed Soccer Park for pregame

10:00 am

• Girls Match at WakeMed Soccer Park - 201 Soccer Park Dr, Cary, NC 27511
• Match MVP presentation following match
• S.C. players post-match physical clearance via athletic trainer

12:00 pm

• Boys Match at WakeMed Soccer Park - 201 Soccer Park Dr, Cary, NC 27511
• Match MVP presentation following match
• S.C. players post-match physical clearance via athletic trainer
